The privacy policy of UAB “Ergonomas”, legal entity code: 302419434, headquarters located at: Panerių Str. 34, Vilnius, e- mail: info@subtila.lt, telephone No: +370 650 91711 (hereinafter referred to as Ergonomas, or Company) shall apply in cases where a person via Ergonomas’ website http://www.subtila.lt submits to the company his/her personal data.

Ergonomas recognizes and respects the right to privacy of every person who visits a website.
In managing personal data, the Company follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, other legal acts governing the management and protection of personal data.
